What Happens Once I Book?
Rachel is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and professional dancer. She spent 10 years working in Beverly Hills under leading physical therapists and chiropractors. As a stroke survivor, her mission is to inspire others to create and maintain a well balanced lifestyle with proper exercise and mindful living.
Rachel uses a unique approach to holistic training that incorporates mind and body as a part of her program. Rachel works with high profile professionals, athletes, and even clients recovering from injury. Her clients love watching their physical abilities grow, bodies change, and mentalities improve.
Rachel instructs at Speedplay LA and privately trains out of Urban Med in DTLA. For busy clients or those outside of the LA area, Rachel created 1-on-1 video conferencing options that makes training extremely mobile and convenient.
